Editorial Policy

How we write, check and correct what we publish on Emberquill. Our articles are produced with our own AI marketing team, and we say so. A named person is accountable for every one.
1. How articles are written
- Our strategy agent plans each topic from search and AI-answer research. Our writing agent drafts it. Our editing agent grades the draft on search quality, accuracy, brand voice and how well AI engines can quote it, and sends it back until it scores 90 or higher.
- A named member of our team then reads the final draft, checks its facts and claims, and approves it. Nothing is published without that approval. The person on the byline is accountable for the article.
2. How we use AI
We are an AI company and we write with AI. We don’t hide it: drafts come from the same AI team our customers use, and a person decides what is published. We never present an AI agent as a person or invent quotes, testimonials or credentials.
3. Fact-checking and sources
- Every statistic, quote and product claim links to a primary source: official documentation, original research, or the vendor’s own pages. We prefer sources published or updated in the last two years.
- Figures about Emberquill itself come from our own platform data and are labelled as ours. Illustrative or estimated figures are marked as such on the page.
- Every link is checked before an article is published.
4. Independence
We don’t publish paid placements or sponsored content. When we compare Emberquillwith other products, we say that we make one of them.
5. Corrections
If we get something wrong, we fix it and note the correction and its date at the end of the article. To report an error, email support@emberquill.aiwith the page and what’s wrong.
6. Keeping articles current
Search and AI engines change quickly. We review published articles regularly and update them when their facts, advice or examples go out of date; the page shows when it was last updated. See About for who we are.
